It will surprise many that Persepolis is a French film. The multi award winner is an animated adaptation of Marjane Satrapi's autobiographical graphic novels. This afternoon Jon Davies will show clips from a range of ‘French’ films that have helped kept French cinema vibrant and innovative over the years.
