I purchased a handbag (ref: VRB 44551) at Heathrow T5 on 05 April 2010. Was horrified to find on unpacking the contents of the package today (12 days later)that the handle had fallen apart. I have a scanned photograph of the broken bag together with the purchase slip verifying said purchase.
Please advise where I can e-mail this letter and photograph so that the problem can be resolved expediciously.
