Frequently Asked Questions

Please note that the login system was changed on 9th May 2006. In order to login, you no longer need your username.
Your email address together with your password is sufficient.

Also note that when accessing the website from our newsletter, you will be automatically logged in and therefore will be able to use all our services without needing anything else.

Want to participate in our competitions

You must be a "FIL member" to participate in any competition. If you are not registered yet, just click here!

Want to modify an ad/classified

Once logged in, you need to click on "Admin" in the top right hand side box.
Then, edit your personal ad, make changes and save them

Want to participate in the forum

Want to post a review

Want to receive an address by text

First of all, you must be a "FIL member" to receive an address by text. If you are not registered yet, just click here!
Then just click on "Receive Address by Text" on a business ad.

Want to mail an address to a friend

First of all, you must be a "FIL member" to mail an address to a friend. If you are not registered yet, just click here!

Want to view the location of a business

Just click on the "Map" button on a specific business ad.

Want to modify you personal space

Once logged in, you need to click on "Admin" in the top right-hand side box.
Then, edit your personal space, make changes and save them

Want to post a job vacancy in Jobs section

Once logged in, you need to click on "Admin" in the top right-hand side box.
Then, click on Publish a Pro. Classified.
Write your ad and save it.

Want to modify your job vacancy in Jobs section

Once logged in, you need to click on "Admin" in the top right-hand side box.
Then, click on the specific ad you published. Make your changes and then save them.
