I currently teach French in the adult education service (Devon County Council) and will be in London every week from October. I would like to offer classes for small groups on Fridays late afternoon and Saturdays, in Marylebone. The emphasis will be on getting you to actually speak French so that you can communicate when you travel to a French speaking country. We are looking for a French speaker either, mother tongue French or someone who speaks it at an advanced level to lead a French conversation group of retired people once a week in the Finchley area. The volunteer might also be retired.

A change of career

I am French but have been living in the UK for nearly 25 years. My main experience is that of a PA and freelance translator. I have decided that it is time for a career change (I am now 46). I would love to use my language, especially my French, and get into teaching (primary school children). Any advice gratefully received.
