Service and Bar staff required for new Japanese fine dining restaurant in the City-Soseki, named after one of Japan's best-loved novelists of the 19th century, will be a restaurant serving authentic, contemporary Japanese food, prepared according to the essence of Japanese cuisine using fresh, seasonal local produce including fish caught predominantly around the British Isles.
-Successful candidates will be working with a team of highly skilled chefs, and will need to deliver attentive and professional front of house service to match the quality of food. Enthusiasm for good food essential.
-We are looking to create an atmosphere where beautifully presented, honest food can be enjoyed in a relaxed and refined manner.
