I own a ”Le Café Du Coin” situated in a very nice and popular area of London, a little off the famous Camden and Stables Markets and high street, in fact it is right across the street from Talacre Gardens, which is quite near St. Pancras and King’s Cross stations.
I have a proposition, as I am planning to concentrate on other things, I would like somebody (preferable French) to take over the management bit from me. I am happy for you to completely revamp the café, meaning you will be responsible for menu, décor and advertising in order to create a more authentic French feel. I want you to pay me £1,800 per month, whilst keeping all the revenue to yourself. This £1,800 will include Council tax and business rates as well as rent of the commercial space and current equipment.
As a start-up benefit, I’m happy to give a discount of £300 per month for the first two months of operation, which will make it £1,500 per month for first two month and £1,800 after that. The minimum contract is 1 year with £8,000 as a security deposit returnable at the end of the term.
