Entrance: storage cupboard, bathroom with bath tub and toilet, access to garage.
First floor : living room, kitchen and second bathroom with shower and toilet (wooden floor throughout).
Second floor: 2 bedrooms with wardrobe in wall (carpet floor).
Located in a quiet dead end street, close to Park, shops, transport link ; buses and Peckham Rye station (British Rail; 13 minutes to London Victoria and 10 minutes to London Bridge).
£525.00 plus bills (average £615 pcm) – Plus one off fee paiement of £125.00 (agency fee to check on liability for tenancy and administration).
Deposit of £525.00 to pay to me as I hold the full deposit. Flexible paiement for deposit. Available now.
