Grande Bouche

The owner is Italian but his display of French cheeses is impressive (St Nectaire, Raclette, Ementhal, Chaume, Roquefort, Reblochon, Brillat Savarin, Vacherin, Beaufort, St marcellin, Saint Agur, Crottins de Chavignol…). Once a week he gets a delivery from France of yaourts La Laitière and Le Briard, Danette, and Andros Apple compotes. These items apparently disappear very quickly. Also you will find an assortiment of saucissons, rosette, and hams, cornichons, canned petits pois Cassegrain, lentils , all sorts of vinegar Maille, caned confit de canard, cassoulet and Goose fat, two brands of Foie gras (whole duck from Larnaudie and Delpeyrat), Mousline and chestnut puree…
