The St Pancras Grand a stylish new destination restaurant that combines the romance of travel from a bygone era and fabulous, quintessentially British dining. Modelled by Martin Brudnizki, the well-known designer also behind Scott’s and The Ivy, this is the final piece in the puzzle which sees the station’s redevelopment complete, situated opposite the now legendary St Pancras Grand Champagne Bar on the Upper Concourse. Billy Reid, the Executive Chef has been behind some of the most famous names in restaurants including The Belvedere and the Vineyard at Stockcross where he gained his first Michelin Star. At St Pancras Grand, Billy has created a splendid and very British style of menu including old-fashioned favourites to modern-day classics. The restaurant is open daily from 11am to Midnight; the perfect place for a meeting, a quiet elevenses, lunch or dinner. The Oyster Bar is stunning and the perfect place to stop for drinks with friends. There is also a small private dining room for intimate parties or meetings.
