DSK-Banon: cleared of all charges

Tristane Banon

The case between Dominique Strauss-Kkan, the ex- head of the IMF and Tristane Banon who had accused him of attempted rape has now been dismissed. The tribunal has decided that there was not enough evidence to judge the case.

According to DSK's lawyer Me Beaulieu "DSK is totally exonerated".

This happens on the very day Tristane Banon's book, Le bal des hypocrites (The Hypocrites Ball), is out. Her book clearly explains her meeting with DSK in 2003 in a parisian flat.

Tristan Banon's lawyer pointed out that DSK will have to remain under suspicion concerning his attitudes towards women.
