France is on a winning streak with its third victory of the Euro 2012 qualifying
Laurent Blanc's vision is begining to pay off: Last night, France was back on the winning streak as it won for the third time running against Luxembourg (2-0) at Metz thanks to Karim Benzema (22nd) and Yoann Gourcuff (76th), who scored a goal in each half.
Even if the Grand Duchy, as one of the weakest European football teams, is not renowned for being an unbeatable opponent, by no means must we turn our noses up at this victory. Funnily enough, the pressure, which was on the French team after their defeat against Belarus on matchday 1, is now felt by England. Unlike Laurent Blanc, who can take it easy for the time being, and enjoy a little serenity, it's Capello's turn to face the media savaging once again. Just to show, you're never flavour of the month for long...
